Designer Elena Berardelli on the New Corporate Design
Elena Berardelli designed this year’s Sehsüchte. Her statement on the significance of the idea behind it:
“To see, it takes three: The universe, its light, and the human eye. On the orbit of sight, our gaze finds no rest. It circles infinitely, addicted. Light enables us to see, our eye to comprehend.
The new corporate design shines in colors as radiant as the light and as diverse as our galaxy. Our perception and judgement manifest in the contrast of two typographies: one cosmic and intertwined, the other worldly and sober. Thus, the combination of creativity and reason allows us to organize, realign, or understand our thoughts.”
