Under Fire

23. July 16:30h until 18:30h at Kino 2

Who owns the ground beneath our feet? In the block ‘Under Fire’, we, on the one hand, adopt the perspective of IDF Soldier Uri’s sister, seeing the consequences of the war between Palestine and Israel as it impacts both her own family life as well as her country’s identity. On the other, we follow Carlos Kindermann, whose roots in the Araucania region of Chile have never quite let him go, on a journey back to childhood.
