The 48th edition of the international student film festival Sehsüchte focuses on new, innovative narrative forms. Therefore the programme will be extended by two sections. In the section 360° Film the best 360° FIlm submission is rewarded with a price. The Showcase: Interaction and Immersion exhibits not only the nominated 360°-Films, but a selection of new and innovative media projects.
All works created by students or in a university context as well as debuts by young filmmakers are eligible for submission in the 360° section. All works of more than three minutes in length are admitted. The works must have been completed by 1st January 2017 at the latest.
The submissions must be sent via download link to firstname.lastname@example.org by 07th February 2019 at the latest. The PDF application form available on the website must also be attached. Submissions in other languages than English must be subtitled in English. If the work is not completed at the time of submission, it must be ensured that the final file will be available on 17th March 2019. The nominated works will be exhibited during the festival in the atrium of the Film University. The winners of the award will be chosen by a jury of experts.
